The following are the terms and conditions of a legal agreement between you and WallyPark, Inc, a Georgia Corporation d/b/a WallyPark. By registering your WallyPark Parking Club on the this website (the "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "WallyPark Parking Club Terms and Conditions") as well as the Website's more general Terms and Conditions of Use (the "General Terms and Conditions"), and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to The WallyPark Parking Club Program.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE WallyPark PARKING CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN DO NOT REGISTER YOUR WallyPark PARKING CLUB CARD. The WallyPark Parking Club Terms and Conditions govern solely your participation in The WallyPark Parking Club Program, and are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions.

1. WallyPark will give 1 point for each paid parking day. Points can NOT be earned for free or special coupon days.
2. Points cannot be redeemed until customer fills out the Parker Club application available online at www.WallyPark.com. The only required information is the customers name, address and telephone number..
3. Corporate rates can be attached to your Parking Club account. WallyPark reserves the right to verify if customer is allowed to receive said corporate rate. If customer is not valid for a rate and fraudulently set themselves up for a rate, WallyPark reserves he right to void the Parker Club account and customer will lose all accrued points.
4. Transferability of Parker Club Points. Parker Club Points are transferable only gratuitously, and are void if bartered or sold. Lost, stolen or expired award certificates cannot be replaced.
5. Modification or Cancellation of WallyPark Parker Club Program. WallyPark reserves the right to modify or cancel the WallyPark Parker Club Program at any time and from time to time, without notice. Such modification or cancellation will be effective when posted on the Website. Such modification may include, without limitation, changes in the terms and conditions for the award of WallyPark Parker Club points, changes in the terms and conditions for the redemption of WallyPark Parker Club Program points and the issuance of points, and changes in the terms and conditions for the redemption of points.
6. WallyPark WILL NEVER SELL OR MAKE AVAILABLE YOUR PARKER CLUB INFORMATION TO ANYONE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS WRITTEN PERMISSION.
